Customer Service

You need to improve your customer service so that people can actually enjoy living in Croydon! Train your staff to be helpful and friendly and get their work done properly. Better customer service on the phone and in person would really make ones day better!

    We will pass the comments about quality of customer service staff to the contact centre leadership. We do work hard to provide a continually improving service, but acknowledge that we don’t always get it right.

    And as part of our digital strategy we will be making the website and our online services easier to use, over the coming few years.
