lack of response, tenancy officer services not working

I called my tenancy officer on her mobile as I had a query. She answered and replied she was no longer assigned to me. So I called the contact centre and was frustrated because their are too many options. Finally, got through to an agent, and was told that she was in fact my tenancy officer.
So as I did not want to go back to her, I used your online form to submit my query. To this point, its been 2 weeks, I have not heard from anyone.
It looks like the only way to resolve this is by coming to your offices. I do not like to visit the office as there is no parking.
