Responding to emails

It would be nice to get a response from the emails we send to staff within the corporate divisions of Croydon Council. We never do which isn’t a good start for a digitally focused Council. Besides, it’s just bad manners.

  1. Thanks for this, it’s helpful input. We intend to move more services online and make them more intuitive to use, so that fewer people need to email us in the first place – and to free up more time to provide a better service when people do need to contact us directly. Your comment is in line with our thinking .
